The PureMade Dumbbell™ is a durable animal enrichment device designed for research facilities, zoos and other professional animal care environments. Its unique shape helps it stay inside the enclosure—even with animals that like to toss or shove their enrichment through cage bars. Large ends make the Dumbbell exceedingly difficult to work through cage bars while still encouraging chewing, gnawing and interaction.
Tested by behaviorists and animal caretakers at a large medical school facility for safety and durability, the PureMade Dumbbell suits a variety of animal species. Nubs and ridges add texture to support dental health, while treats such as Nutella or peanut butter can be smeared into them to encourage more engagement.
